We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we can offer you a refund or exchange within 60 days of receipt of delivery.

Please email us at hello@sparkbypk.com and we will assist you further with your return process. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. We welcome your feedback!

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 60-day returns policy. Please contact us within 60 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. We allow refunds on most sale items except final sale items.

Items must be in a resalable state, in its original packaging with its labels still on. If we find that items are used, we will send back the items to your original address.

We do not refund shipping fees for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

At this moment, we don’t offer a return pre-paid shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE KEEP THE PROOF OF SHIPMENT WITH YOU IN CASE WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AS IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER WITH THE POSTAL CARRIER.

Until the item reaches us, it remains the responsibility of the customer, we are not responsible if items are damaged, stolen or lost in transit. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery with proof of posting.

RETURN EXCLUSION

Please note we cannot refund or exchange used or worn earrings because of hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Crystals and gemstones are delicate and need to be handled with care, they are not indestructible and can fracture and chip if they are knocked against hard surfaces. Natural inclusions in crystals and gemstones are part of their unique beauty.

All our crystals and gemstones are inspected and quality controlled before they are shipped. If they become fractured or chipped due to general wear and tear, this is not considered to be a manufacturing fault. If an item has arrived damage on delivery please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace the faulty item depending on stock availability. 

JEWELRY DEFECTIVE (E.G. STONES HAVE FALLEN OFF)

You can get a free replacement within the timeframe of product type. The customer pays Repairs & Replacement Fee if the time frame exceeds the dates stated below.

Copper/Brass – Free replacement within 90 days of receiving your order

925 Sterling Silver/Stainless Steel Free replacement within 90 days of receiving your order

Before 90 days of receiving the item, damages are classed as a manufacturing defect. After 90 days, loss of missing stones and broken jewellery are classed as fair wear and tear and accidental damage respectively and we are unable to offer a free replacement as they could have been caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. dropping your gemstone earrings on floor or hard surface). You will have to pay the replacement fee.

Please note that jewellery is delicate in nature (especially pave and prong settings as they are set by hand with or without glue, similar to fine jewelry). If items are dropped, these items will likely damage due to their fine construction (this is true for fashion and fine jewellery as well). Any accidental damage will not be covered and customers will have to pay the Repairs & Replacement fee after the timeframe.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

We would like to inform you that in the event of an item being damaged upon arrival, we will be happy to repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.. Please write us at hello@sparkbypk.com to notify about the damaged item and please do not forget to attach the photos of the damaged part(s). 

Kindly be advised to notify us within one week from the date of receiving your order if any jewelry items are found to be broken or damaged. In the event that you fail to notify us within the aforementioned time frame, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to offer a free replacement or any refund, as the damage may have been caused by factors beyond our control, such as dropping the jewelry on the floor.
