We are sorry to hear this. For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at hello@sparkbypk.com Please provide us with the details of the missing item(s) together with the order number. We will get back to you within 2 working days and will assist you accordingly. 
Can I make changes to my order?

Order changes are only possible prior to shipping. Please  contact us at hello@sparkbypk.com as soon as you decide to make changes to your order. After receiving your request we will confirm if we are able to amend your order. We won’t be able to proceed with the change request of your order once this is handed over to the shipping company. 
How do I use a promotion or discount code?

Do you offer customization options for jewellery?

Sorry, at the moment we do not offer any customization services for jewellery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day returns policy. Please contact us within 60 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods.
