DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
WHICH SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
We work with the major carriers to get your order delivered to your door as soon as possible. Orders are shipped via DHL, PostNL, UPS and FedEx. We assign a carrier based on your country, zip code and shipping method preference.
€ 4,95 – Belgium, Germany, Netherlands
€ 4,95 – Europe/UK
€ 6,95 – All other countries.
All shipments are trackable with a track and trace number.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY OR IMPORT ON MY ORDER?
Customs do not apply if the delivery address is within the EU/EFTA territory. If your delivery address is outside EU/EFTA, customs may apply. This is not in control of Spark by PK. Please check with your local customs department for more information.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Unfortunately, at this point we do not offer a Spark by PK gift card. We hope to have it included in the near future.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
Please ensure you have checked the following:
- Check the online order tracking status.
- Ask your local post office to see if it has been sent there. They might have forgotten to leave a note behind.
- Check with neighbouring properties to see if it may have been delivered to the wrong address by accident. (This happens a lot)
Sometimes orders can take much longer than the quoted delivery time frame depending on the delivery services. If you have checked the above and still have not received your order please submit a request via contact form and we will chase it up for you. Please mention your order number and shipment address.
